Want to host an amazing birthday party for your child? We like to consider ourselves “The Party Experts!” We provide private rental options on weekends. Our staff is here to help! We will assist with all set up and clean up to make your party a fun and stress free event!
No matter how big or small your event is, we’ve got you covered. Trust our staff to monitor the safety of your participants as well. We also offer member and military discounts.

During the summer months, our Lobby area stays between 72°-75° and The Big Gym stays between 80°-85°. We have fans to help move air but our ACs struggle to keep up during the extreme heat.

Additional Floor Time: Because we know parties can be hectic, additional floor time is available for purchase. To take advantage of this, we recommend booking your party 6-8 weeks out so we can ensure there is time available to add on as our parties typically have a 30-minute buffer.

Birthday Agreements
- All participants must have a valid participation waiver on file in order to participate. Anyone who’s parent or guardian is not available to sign it upon arrival, may do so by going to www.Waiver.ZiaTrainingCenter.com. It is ultimately my responsibility as the party host to ensure all participants have a valid waiver completed prior to entering the floor.
- The party host is responsible for ensuring no equipment is damaged during my event.
- The party host is responsible for ensuring children and teenagers are obedient to Zia Training Center employees to ensure the safety of everyone and all equipment. If anyone does not follow the rules, they will be asked to leave, and no refund will be given. If parties are deemed unmanageable by Zia Training Center staff, they may be ended at any time by the staff.
- Zia Training Center will not be held responsible for lost items or personal property during the party.
- The party host must understand that the temperature during the summer months ranges from 72-75 in The Lobby & 80-85 in The Big Gym (The Play Area). Zia Training Center does keep the AC’s and Fans on the entire time but they do struggle to keep our 8,000 Sqft. building cool during the heat of the summer.
- All deposits are non-refundable. The remainder of the fee will be due 24 hours prior to the start of the party. In the event that the birthday child is sick the day of the party or inclement weather were to occur, the party is eligible for reschedule within 45 days of the original date. After 45 days, the deposit is forfeited. Zia Training Center staff must have notification of illness 4 hours prior to the start time of the party. Notification may be given by emailing info@ziacheer.com or calling Zia Training Center at (575) 201-0035.
- Any other cancellations are required 72 hours prior to the event. Events that do not give 72 hours notice of cancellation will be responsible for the remainder of the fee.
- Any party that ends after the allotted time will receive a 5-minute grace period. After 5 minutes, a $35 fee will be charged to the card on file. Participants will be notified of this at the time of the event.
- The final payment of all parties is due 24 business hours prior to the event. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of the party and forfeiture of deposit.
