Position Details:

We’re always looking for fun coaches to lead our classes! The ideal candidate will be fun, enthusiastic, and enjoy young kids. Our mission is to inspire our youth through our coaches. If you would love making an impact on others lives, we invite you to apply!

Starting Pay:

  • $16 Per Hour – Raise To $18 After 90 Days Of Good Performance!
  • There are more options for raises and career growth beyond the initial 90-day period.

Hours:

Requirements:

Tasks:

  • Be a Rockstar at your Coaching Assignments.
  • Follow Zia Cheer LLC lesson plans and curriculum for coaching assignments.  
  • Submit ideas for improving lesson plans and curricula to supervisors.
  • Start and end training sessions on time. 
  • Greet athletes in the waiting area for each training session enthusiastically!
  • Interact with athletes before class, and during stretching, circulating among the athletes making small talk, welcoming them, correcting form, etc.
  • Create a positive, high-energy training session for athletes.  Keep them engaged, moving, and having fun.  Be the coaching Rockstar you are!
  • Follow gym rotations and keep your training groups in the scheduled space to be used.  Share space, mats, and equipment, and be flexible and cooperative with other coaches.
  • Follow all gym rules as set by management (i.e. trampoline and pit usage, no unattended athletes on equipment, food, and drink in the gym, etc.).
  • End each training session on time, with a positive comment or word of encouragement for the athletes.
  • Put away mats and any equipment used at the end of every class.
  • Take attendance for every Coaching Assignment, every day, in Jackrabbit.
  • Regularly communicate with parents and clients regarding athlete progress.
  • Monitor and document progressions in Jackrabbit.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic person who loves kids and loves people. This person will be responsible for answering phones, messages and emails as well as providing outstanding in person customer service. This person will report to the gym owner and assist with tasks related to marketing, events, and program management. The ideal person will be eager to learn and adapt to high-energy environments. This person will also be a backup coach for beginner & preschool classes if coaches call in sick and no other coaches are available.

Starting Pay:

  • $16 Per Hour – Raise To $18 After 90 Days Of Good Performance!
  • There are more options for raises and career growth beyond the initial 90-day period.

Hours:

  • Monday-Thursdays 3-8:30 p.m.
  • Fridays 3-6:30 p.m.
  • Total: 25.5 Hours Per Week – Maybe More If Interested

Requirements:

  • You must be extremely dependable

  • Bilingual is a plus but not mandatory
  • Marketing experience is a plus but not necessary

Tasks:

  • Answer phones, emails and messages
  • Create and post marketing material
  • Call Waitlist when classes have openings
  • General cleaning and organization
  • Greet everyone walking through door
  • Give Tours of the facility
  • Evaluate New Athletes
  • Take pictures of athletes when new skills are gained & post them on social media
  • Assisting new members with on-boarding and class selection
  • Assist customers with booking events, classes, parties, etc.
  • Call accounts that are overdue for payments
  • Enroll / Unenroll students in classes as necessary
  • Cleaning of lobby & other areas as needed
  • Assist with planning and organizing events
  • Assist clients purchasing snack bar & pro shop items
  • Assist clients needing to make payments
  • Cover for pre-school tumbling classes if needed
  • Respond to social media messages
  • Complete an end of day report daily
  • Assign cleansing duties as needed
  • Update Our Sponsorship Slide Show
  • Assistance in coordination, preparation and quality measurement of birthday parties and large-scale events
  • Various functions of database and client management
  • Assist with any other projects and activities to benefit the well-being of our clients, staff and the community
