Level 1

Price

Our Level 1 Tumbling classes are perfect for athletes working on foundational skills like forward rolls, cartwheels, and bridges. Designed for beginners or those refining their basics, this class emphasizes strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Whether your athlete is starting their cheer journey or mastering entry-level skills, we’re here to help them succeed!

    No prerequisites! Our Level 1 Tumbling classes are designed for athletes of all ages who are just beginning their tumbling journey or building a strong foundation of skills.

Walkovers

Our Walkovers class is designed for athletes ready to learn and perfect front and back walkovers. This level emphasizes flexibility, technique, and strength to help athletes safely progress while building confidence in their tumbling journey.

  • Prerequisites

    Athletes must have these foundational skills mastered before joining the Walkovers class. A coach will evaluate you after registration to ensure you're in the right level. Required skills include:

    In the Walkovers class, athletes will focus on developing the following skills:
