Tumbling Classes

Not sure where to start? Tumbling is a great option! Our tumbling classes are focused on growing your athlete’s skills in a fun and safe manner! Our safety-certified coaches will train your athlete with a variety of drills and spotted skills to advance them at their own pace.

Classes Offered

Level 1

If you are a beginner start here!

This class is designed to introduce basic tumbling skills to your athlete. Athletes will begin skills that will help their bodies develop the necessary strength and muscle memory. We will place emphasis on correct form and conditioning skills to help athletes’ bodies develop and gain muscle so they can become stronger tumblers and accomplish the skills required for advancement.

Level 2

Athletes will continue to master skills from our level 1 class. This class is designed to work heavily on the proper progressions and techniques needed for our athletes to achieve their standing and running back handsprings, front handsprings, and front tucks.

Prerequisites
All skills must be mastered from Intro, Level 1, Advanced Beginner, & Walkovers
